Traditional Egg Salad

6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tablespoon of red onion, chopped finely
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 teaspoon celery seed
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of mayonnaise (I use reduced fat)
1 teaspoon of yellow mustard

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then refrigerate for about an hour to get all the flavors marinated together.
